Production runs at our own works at Rakhial, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47 Series A and B, ASME B16.9 and B16.11, EN 1092-1, DIN, BS 4504, MSS SP-44 and API 605, in sizes from NPS 1/2 inch (15 NB) to 48 inch (1200 NB) and Class 150 to Class 2500 / PN6 to PN64. Grades cover stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, duplex and super duplex, nickel alloys such as Inconel, Incoloy, Hastelloy and Monel, plus copper alloys, titanium and aluminium.
Because we are the producing mill and not a trading layer, the enquiry, the material, the mill test certificate and the delivery date all sit with one accountable party. Every consignment ships with an EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 mill test certificate issued in the Kalp Alloys name, with heat number traceability, dimensional reports and third-party inspection through SGS, BV, TUV or Lloyds on request.
